I am Alli, I am a wellness advocate and a teacher.
Since the age of ten I have been practicing holding space for the human experience, at first as a hospice volunteer with my dad.
Compassion, care, and dedication have always been my north star, and have led me to this work here today.
Safe Space Yoga Project offers a body-based approach to healing that interrupts the impacts of trauma so that people can live full and meaningful lives.
