I am Alli,  I am a wellness advocate and a teacher.

Since the age of ten I have been practicing holding space for the human experience, at first as a hospice volunteer with my dad.

Compassion, care, and dedication have always been my north star, and have led me to this work here today.

Safe Space Yoga Project offers a body-based approach to healing that interrupts the impacts of trauma so that people can live full and meaningful lives.

From my heart to yours. Thank you for being brave, thank you for being here.

I’m here to support your healing.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Training

"With yoga, I reclaimed my body. That is a gift because I so hated my body. Or I claimed it, not reclaimed because I was so young. I claimed it. It was a long process to consider myself not an outline. … I think yoga helped define me."

-Yoga Participant from the Trauma Center's research in 2008
